Geography, shipping origin, and customs

Fulfilment may occur from or through facilities in the United States. If you order across borders, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged at delivery are usually your responsibility and are typically not refunded when you return goods unless mandatory law says otherwise. Return shipping labels may only be valid within the same country or region as the original delivery address.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in original, unopened condition with seals intact where applicable, and include proof of purchase. Opened food supplements may not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless required by applicable law.

Time limit

You must notify us of your intention to return within fourteen calendar days of delivery for distance sales where that right applies, or within the period stated on your order confirmation if different. Physical goods must be shipped back within the timeframe we provide after approval.

Shipping costs
